IMPORTANT NOTES :
Airport transfers will be provided FREE at the courtesy of Borneo Backpackers for those who booked a minimum of TWO Consecutive nights. However, we have been facing problems in the past where flights were delayed and we were not being informed on the new timing. There were occassions that our chartered vehicle had to wait for 1 hour or more for passengers and some did not show up at the airport.

Kindly contact us at +60 88 234 009 / info@borneobackpackers.com ASAP if there is a last minute delay on your flight. We will try as much as possible to rearrange a pick up for you but there is no guarantee as this is subject to vehicle availability. We do apologise if this is not possible and the next best alternative to reach BB is by taxi at RM30 per way or RM40 per way after 2300hrs.

Complimentary transfers will be provided for arrivals not later than 2300hrs.

Rooms & beds will be guaranteed with a deposit payment. Deposit could be made via Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer) or Credit Card.

Cancellation Fee
Cancellation Fee of 01 room night (or 01 bed for dormitory) will be imposed for cancellation with less than 7 days notice.
